On behalf of the party, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to moving Canada towards monetary responsibility. The maximum allowable donation per individual is now $1100.00 due to revisions and allowed adjustments. No corporate contributions are allowed.

Please consider donating the maximum allowed per year to help us bring real democracy back to Canada. We are committed to helping Canadians realize their goal, and we need Canadians to maximize our ability to achieve it.

Revenue Canada allows up to a 75% tax credit on your Personal Income Tax Return for donations to a Canadian political party. So, a donation of $50 would actually cost you only $12.50; $100 costs $25.

Potential members and current members can set their desired membership fee which will be based on their means and circumstances, please choose a suitable level of membership from the following chart:

Privacy Policy

The Canadian Action Party is a national organization with a riding-based membership system. Information submitted is only available to Canadian Action Party personnel who manage this information for the purpose of communicating with you on matters pertaining to Canadian Action Party business.

Great care is taken in the way we store and use your personal information. The Canadian Action Party does not sell or rent your personal information. However, to organize within CAP Ridings we need to share your contact information with CAP organizers and candidates.

When you become a member or sign up as a volunteer, be aware that within your constituency area an organizer or candidate may contact you. It is impossible for us to grow or be effective as a political voice unless we can do this.

Member Declaration Form

Every three years, Elections Canada requires that each party send in 250 signed copies of form EC 20036-C, "Declaration of a member of a registered party". Please download this form from Elections Canada, print, sign, and return by mail to:
